Systems thinker, operator, and builder.
My work is usually about the same thing: finding the real problem, choosing the right level of complexity, and making the system produce a better outcome.
Who I am and how I work
Bio
I have spent my career designing and running systems across SaaS, telecom, data, infrastructure, and operational automation.
I work best where the problem is not just technical, but structural: unclear ownership, broken workflows, messy data, or a system that no longer fits the business.
I prefer clarity over theatrics, and I tend to be useful when the work needs judgment, not just execution.
Working style
